DELIVERY

Our dispatch day is currently every Friday, which means there may potentially be a short delay when receiving your order. We are a very small business therefore, we hope you understand and take this into consideration when placing your order. Thank you for your patience and for also supporting our independent business.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. All our orders are delivered by Royal Mail 'Signed for First Class' delivery, so please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel. Delivery will be between 3-5 working days (excludes weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). Please insure your PayPal details are correct and up-to-date, we will not be held responsible for incorrect information. 

We deliver to all countries. Delivery costs will be calculated in the checkout once the delivery destination has been chosen. The price of your item does not include customs and import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately these costs are out of the control of Lisa Taylor Design Ltd and vary from country to country. For more information we suggest you get in touch with your local customs office.


RETURNS

In the UK alone, £7 billion of internet purchases are returned every year. When it comes to fashion specifically, more than a fifth of all clothing is sent back and it's estimated that only 50% of these items are actually resold. Whilst that's not the case at Lisa Taylor Design, returns can still have a damaging effect to the environment, from additional transport to creating unnecessary waste. In addition to this, returns are very time-consuming for our small team, as each refund requires handling, processing, and repackaging.

For these reasons, from April 2025, we will be charging a £3 fee on all returns and exchanges. This contribution will go towards the cost of processing your return or exchange, and will be automatically deducted from the amount when we process your order.

When browsing our store, we please ask you to shop mindfully. The majority of our garments and accessories are one-of-a-kind, so when someone shops multiples of a style to try colours at home, this causes an issue with our stock and prevents others from trying the style for themself. If you need any help when deciding a certain colour, size or style, then please get in touch and our team will be happy to advise via live chat or email on info@lisa-taylor.co.uk.

Due to the nature of our recycled collection, slight imperfections may also occur in the fabric and that's often the beauty of our products. We do ask that you please accept these, however if you are unhappy with your purchase and believe that your style is faulty, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

We hope that you are delighted with your purchases, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily organise an exchange or refund for you, providing you notify us and return your products within 14 days from the date of receiving your order (UK) or 28 days (overseas). After this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. 


HOW TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND A PRODUCT

We hope you love your purchases but if you'd like to return or exchange any styles, please send them to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a note with your name, order number, any other details regarding the style and whether you'd like a return or an exchange. The goods need to be unworn or unused, and the original condition.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and so for your protection, we recommend that you return the item via Royal Mail registered delivery or other ‘signed for’ service and you should also obtain proof of postage. We cannot be help responsible for goods that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. However, where the item you received was sent in error or we deem faulty, then we will refund your postage costs (providing we are notified of the fault within the timescale detailed above ).

We will not exchange goods that have been worn, or show signs of obvious wear and abuse. In this instance the goods will be returned to the buyer.

In the interest of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 14 days of the returned goods being received. 

If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of the returned goods being received, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still no refund, please contact us at info@lisa-taylor.co.uk.
